They can effectively isolate external vibrations and shocks, ensuring the stability and reliability of equipment operation. The product adopts a multilayer stainless steel wire rope winding structure, with excellent elastic and damping characteristics, and the vibration isolation efficiency is over 90%, suitable for wide-frequency vibration scenarios from 5Hz to 500Hz. Its core advantages lie in high load-bearing capacity and long-life design. The static load of a single set of vibration isolators can reach 50kg-200kg, and the dynamic load adaptability is extremely strong, meeting the strict requirements of radar, satellite antennas, medical equipment, and other fields.

The JGX-0480 series adopts a omni-directional vibration isolation design, which can absorb vibration energy in horizontal, vertical, and multiple directions, reducing performance degradation of equipment caused by resonance. The product shell is made of corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy, and the surface is treated with anodizing, adapting to extreme environments from -50℃ to +120℃. The protection level is IP65, ensuring long-term stable work in harsh conditions such as humidity and salt spray.
